San Carlos: Judge Angel Esteban Coria Ricotti was assigned to the case in 1985 and again in 2000. Judge Coria admitted that in January 1985 during one week of "a very serious and exhaustive investigation" he, actually, was on vacation; he never visited the actual place of Boris’ disappearance, and in February 1985 before closing the case he simply signed reports presented to him by Carabineros and by his assistant. |
