It has been almost forty years since Prof. Weisfeiler forcibly disappeared in Southern Chile. Today Boris remains the one U.S. citizen among 1100+ disappeared Chileans.
Our appeal for the case has been at the Supreme Court since December 2019. A hearing at the Supreme Court was held on May 4, 2023. There is no resolution or sentence in the case of Boris' disappearance was pronounced yet.
